Brought my car in with a warped fender and they had it fixed in 3 hours at a great price and they cleaned it up nice and shiny without me even asking! Very nice people, definitely recommend. They will also offer you a ride back home after dropping off your car.

The people at who work here are incredibly kind. They were honest and transparent with me about all the parts I needed, their costs, and labor. They took in my Nissan Rogue to replace the bumper. They even helped me out with securing wires that were previously loose and dragging on the floor. My car came out great. You would never guess that the bumper wasn't the original. The color is perfect and matches the rest of the car. I recommend Precision Auto Body of Plano to anyone who wants to be treated well and get service from people who have integrity.

I had gotten into what I thought was a small fender bender, but it turned out I had a bent frame. The guys at Precision Auto gave me a good quote and were willing to work with me and get my car looking good as new! You can’t tell where the damage was, the paint job looks amazing! These guys really care about their customers and have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and looks good!

I took my car to Precision Auto Body for a front bumper repair. My car was ready for pickup in less than a week. I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car. This is a family business that really takes pride in their work, and making sure their customers are more than satisfied with the finished product. Customer service is very important to me, and the staff did not disappoint. Tony and Frank were very kind and they stayed in communication with me from start to finish. I would recommend this body shop to anyone. Keep up the great work precision family! You guys are awesome!

Best experience I’ve ever had with an Auto Company. Firstly, I was laid off recently, just starting a new job. My car is brand new, less than 5500 miles on it. A BMW driver side swiped me from the shoulder of the highway. My insurance didn’t cover it cause it was past 30 days of transferring the coverage. I was tight on cash. I told the guys I was getting several quotes. I thought I was coming into a place I’d have to fight numbers with. Absolutely not the case. They quoted me higher than I could afford. Said, “Don’t worry we appreciate your business we will take care of you” They took my car on the spot, started on it, did extra work for no extra charge. They drove me to the gym personally. Had my car finished and looking brand new in less than 48 hours. All the Gaps, paint, any dent damage completely gone. No sound from my door. They guys went above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone! Please choose them for your next repair. You won’t get swindle and they are honest trustworthy guys!
